Returns or exchanges can be initiated by emailing us at- info@tauhra.in, with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear product images. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share return instructions. After two failed pickup attempts due to customer unavailability, the product must be shipped back by the customer at their own expense, subject to inspection upon receipt.
