1. Eligibility for Returns
1. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
2. The product must be:
o Unworn, unwashed, and unused
o Free from stains, odor, or damage
o With original tags, labels, seal and packaging intact
3. Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
• Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions
• Items bought using discount codes (unless defective)
• Accessories (if any)
• Gift cards or vouchers

3. Size Exchange Policy
1. We understand fit matters—especially with polo t-shirts.
2. One size exchange per order is allowed, subject to stock availability.
3. If the requested size is unavailable:
o You may opt for digital store credit, or
o Choose an alternate product of equal value or higher value

4. Damaged or Defective Products
1. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect polo t-shirt:
o Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
o Share clear images/videos of the issue
2. Once verified, we will offer:
o A replacement, or
o A full refund (including shipping charges, if applicable)

5. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
1. Email us at [info@tauhra.in] with:
o Order ID
o Reason for return
o Clear images of the product
2. Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.
3. After two unsuccessful pickup attempts due to customer unavailability, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product to our return address at their own cost.
4. Returned items are inspected upon receipt before approval.

6. Refund Policy
1. Refunds are initiated only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
2. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days only in the case of defective or damaged product.
3. A return shipping charge of ₹150 will be borne by the customer and deducted from the issued credit note.
4. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

7. Cancellation Policy
1. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
2. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
3. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

8. Digital Store Credit
1. Digital store credit (if issued) is, Non-transferable & Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
2. Digital store credit cannot be encashed or refunded.

9. Quality Check Disclaimer
Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting, screen settings or fabric batches and do not qualify as defects.

TAUHRA reserves the right to:
• Accept or reject return requests
• Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
• Take final decisions in case of disputes
