TAUHRA CARE MAINTENANCE

• Tauhra product should be handled with care because it is made from 100% natural cotton.
• We recommend washing by hand or using the soft machine wash cycle. Wash separately or with like colours using light washing liquid.
• Remove excess water by rolling it inside a towel and gently squeezing out any excess water.
• Do not hang it. Dry on surface & keep it away from direct strong sunlight. Steam iron to remove wrinkles and to reshape. Fold carefully & place away from heat and light sources.
• Follow the guidance & Tauhra products will stay soft.
  

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

1.    Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incorrect customer information

2.    If an order is cancelled after payment, the refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

Shipping & Delivery
1.    Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to location, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.
2.    We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or force majeure events.
3.    Once the order is dispatched, the responsibility of delivery lies with the courier partner.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
1.    Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on the website.
2.    Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
3.    Products with a broken seal are not eligible for return or exchange.
4.    Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, or discounted products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.

Eligibility for Returns
1.    Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
2.    The product must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Free from stains, odor, or damage
• With original tags, labels, seal and packaging intact

3.    Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
•    Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions
•    Items bought using discount codes (unless defective)
•    Accessories (if any)
•    Gift cards or vouchers

Size Exchange Policy 
1.    We understand fit matters—especially with polo t-shirts.
2.    One size exchange per order is allowed, subject to stock availability.
3.    If the requested size is unavailable:

• You may opt for digital store credit, or
• Choose an alternate product of equal value or higher value.
